JZ Mics Vintage 11 Mic Review / Test

Today I review a unique large diaphragm condenser mic, the JZ Mics Vintage 11 or V11. This has a huge low-end with a lot of weight to it, and has a similar low mid section to a ribbon while also offering the detail and clarity of a condenser mic. It does stuffer pretty badly from plosives, and the shock rejection is not the best, but other than that, it’s unique and really great sounding option. I also compare it to the AT2020, Rode NT1, Stellar X2 Vintage, CAD E100s, TLM102, and OC818.
