AKG C214 Condenser Mic Review / Test

Today I review the AKG C214, an “entry-level” mic in the C414 family. This microphone has a rather boosted treble and air range giving it a very lively sound, but it sometimes leans towards being sibilant on spoken word, breathy on singing, and a tiny bit shrill or brittle on acoustic guitar.
