Audio Technica ATH-G1 Gaming Headset Review / Test

Today we’re looking at the Audio-Technica ATH-G1 Gaming Headset. This may be the best sounding microphone on any gaming headset I’ve reviewed. It’s still not better than a standalone microphone, but on a headset, it’s a step above the competition. The headphones are extremely bass forward without sounding muddy or losing clarity in the top end. I should note that if you aren’t a bass-head or you don’t want to feel the impact of your game in your ears, you will hate the headphones.
